Is this a faith-based experience?
Yes. Surge Collective is built on a Christian, Kingdom-minded foundation. While attendees may be at different stages of their journey, alignment with these values is essential.
What does the application process look like?
You’ll submit a short application, followed by a brief alignment conversation if needed. From there, we thoughtfully confirm your spot to ensure the right mix of leaders in the room.

This is not a typical conference. You can expect high-level conversations, curated experiences, and intentional environments designed for real connection, clarity, and growth.
